Top positive review
It's Linksys, and that's a GOOD thing. N'uff said.

Solid, as is pretty much every Linksys product I've ever purchased. Nary a hiccup, range is as advertised.

Linksys is dedicated to delivering excellent technical support and customer service. With all due respect your kidding right? Less than a week ago I purchased Linksys AC1750 Dual-Band Smart Wireless Router with MU-MIMO, Works with Amazon Alexa (Max Stream EA7300). Although, I believe you have a really good router, considerably better than the one I was replacing it with, my experience with your tech support convinced me to return said router moreover I’m not interested in buying products from your company any longer. Having a superior product does not guarantee a client especially one like me, who admittedly does not know a whole lot about computers. I was under the impression that I could pull the old router out of line put yours in line follow the instructions and my network printers would all work unfortunately that did not happen. I acknowledge that I must have done something wrong. In an attempt to correct my mistake I called your technical support line, after confirming that I was under warranty, your technician listened to me explain that anything that I plugged into the 4 ports in the back of the router did not function, moreover the network didn’t see them. He then asked me to make sure that both ends of my Ethernet were properly seated into the ports. After confirming they were he then suggested that I swapped out the Ethernet between said router and printer. I explained to him that if I pulled the new router out of line and put the old router back in line all my printer’s work correctly clearly there was a communication breakdown between the new router and the printers. I explained to him using the private IP address of the modem with my old router I could see all of my printer’s, however, with the new router, all I could see was the new router’s IP address clearly when I configured the settings in the new router I did something wrong. He then informed me that it was a printer issue and I needed to contact the manufacturer of my printer. I asked him if he had the ability to login to my system remotely he said yes, however, there would be a charge to do so. I said you got to be kidding me we just spent almost 30 minutes and accomplished nothing, it is my sincere belief had he logged into my system he could have corrected my mistake within 5 minutes or less. I believe your tech support is going about this completely backward if you think you need to charge for tech support charge for the 30-minute nonsensical phone call, but give your clients the option of remote access for free. I purchased your product through Amazon I will be returning it with a copy of this survey you’ve asked me to take. PS obviously, in order to print out the return label I had to remove your router and replace it with the old one the old one printed the label with no issues.
