Oh, give me a sound…in 5.1 surround…when the Xbox 360 is played…It’s time for full-featured gaming audio, Pioneer style! Buckskin breeches, outlaw scalps, and body lice sold separately.

...And finally, can anybody tell me what this item is? That’s right – it’s a real, old-fashioned hanging noose! This one was used on a cattle rustler in 1879 in Rio Hondo, Texas. Back then, shoplifters weren’t just prosecuted! Ha ha! Interestingly, it was later discovered that this particular rustler was actually innocent. Maybe he should have thought of that before they put that rope around his neck!

Now, if you’ll step this way, you can see one of the exhibits we’re proudest of here at the museum. Back in the Old West, when the day’s work was done, when the horses were passed out drunk and the chow dishes had been shot to pieces, the pioneers would relax around the campfire with their Xbox 360s. But the primitive TVs in use back then didn’t provide enough sound to fill the vast reaches of the prairie. Some of them didn’t even have surround sound!
