Everyone who works here has seen it when they work late. At the very back of the Woot warehouse is a tiny tiny house made of packing lists and old receipts. Inside is a little golden hamster and a Logitech 3-Button Optical Wheel Mouse, the best of friends.

No one knows exactly when they met. It wouldn’t seem that they would be compatible, after all, because the Logitech 3-Button Optical Wheel Mouse has a PS/2 connector and we all know that hamsters are Firewire. Maybe it was something about the smooth tracking and the cuddly six foot shielded cable.

We do know that the Logitech 3-Button Optical Wheel Mouse is designed for both left or right handed users, and it has an optical sensor (up to 2000 images per second with a 400 dpi resolution) so that means no mouse ball and no cleaning. It was designed by experts for superior comfort. This could be why, each night, we see that little hamster draped over its buddy, teeny limbs twitching through sweet hamster dreams.

We are all very careful not to disturb the tiny tiny house, so do not fear you will break up this happy-go-lucky roommates. But our warehouse has more than one Logitech 3-Button Optical Wheel Mouse, and just the one hamster. Couldn’t your home use a special friend too?
