Today we’re deep in the forests of Oregon. Now this might look pristine and beautiful or whatever, but this is HARSH country, and you’d better keep your wits about you or you’re gonna die.

“I’m gonna get a coffee.”

What?

“That guy with the beard over there has coffee. You want one?”

No. C’mon, man. We’ve gotta survive. Now your first priority should be food, unless you need water or shelter or rescue. So what I’ve done is fashioned a small snare out of some dental floss and my boot. Since the premise of this show is supposed to be “teaching” you some kind of survival skills, I’m sure watching edited footage of me putting this together in the span of 45 seconds should have given you all the knowledge you need.

“Your snare caught a rabbit, man. That’s not cool.”

No, that’s very cool. That means we get to eat meat!

“We get a higher rating when we eat bugs.”

I don’t care right now. Hand me those twigs.

“Here. I found a bottle cap, too.”
