If you're going to use it for legal reasons, keep in mind that it's mounted to your weapon. 

"And what we can see," The prosecutor said, thumbing the remote control, "Is video footage from the night of the incident. Here we see a man enter the Cheesecake Factory, demand a Dulce de Leche Caramel Cheesecake, and walk out. Mr. Allagash, you took this footage with a CenterPoint Mountable Video Action Cam, did you not?" 

"I did." 

"And can you identify the man in the footage here in the courtroom today." 

"I can." 

"Objection, your honor." The defense lawyer called, standing up. "The CenterPoint Action cam is not a surveillance system. It's a weapon-mountable camera." 

"Overruled. I don't see your point." Ruled the judge. 

"My point is that Mr. Allagash must have been using a weapon himself during the robbery." 

The judge turned to the witness stand and lowered her glasses on her nose. "Mr. Allagash, is this true." 

"Well…y-y-yes." Stammered he. "I had it mounted to my bow." 

"And what were you doing with a bow and arrow in a Cheesecake Factory, Mr. Allagash?" The prosecutor cried, a predatory look in his eye. 

"Objection, your honor!" Called the prosecutor. 

"Objection to that objection." 

"Objection to your objection." 

"Double dog objection." 

"Objection times infinity." 

"Objection sustained." ruled the judge.
