High quality hose reel

This retractible hose real is heavy duty and includes a three year warranty. All you have to do is scan QR code and fill out your information to get an extra year of coverage for a total of 3. Given how well built it is i do not expect to need it. It comes with a mount template for easy marking and drilling of the metal mounting plate. The ratchetimg mechanism works really well and doesnt get stuck, or require a really hard/jarring tug to get it to retract like cheaper units i have had. The hose quality is great too and is of a loggtweight material to keep the strain off the mount and the wall. No internal leaks either! Highly recommend this hose reel.

This was a great idea, but there were some issues. I ordered two of them. One of them I had to send back because of rewinding issues. It was replaced with no problems. Also, I suggest that you screw it into your cement foundation. I would not recommend doing it to your siding unless you have a sound support system. The hose is thin, but it works well for basic household tasks. The sprayer had a small leak when turned on, so I replaced it with another one. Today, I had to pull it out to 100 ft. for it to rewind. That was the first time it happened. All other times, it worked well.
