It is very light and suitable for carrying around. It can be used as a second screen for a laptop to improve productivity. Besides this, my son found it to be a good companion for his Switch. The brightness and color accuracy are sufficient for general use unless you use it for design.

Nice monitor overall, but quality meh

Both the USB ports, and the HDMI ports are finicky... I can't get the monitor to power on unless I hold the USB cable. So it's basically dead... only had it <2 years. Frustrating. EDIT: Tried to contact the company, see if there's anything we could do. Their email is dead, doesn't work. No way to contact them.

This item worked well for what I needed. The volume is a bit low on it. But I was able to set up the firestick. And use it as a tv in my kitchen. It has a good picture quality as well. I am happy with this purchase.
Fantastic little monitor.

I have been using my unit for several years now without issue. The panel itself is a very high quality IPS panel that gets super bright (uncomfortably so at times). It's a gorgeous panel, super crisp. I'm not sure what laptop it was made for, but it looks great. I have multiple OLED TVs/Monitors at home as well, but still come back to this one for my racing sim setup. It is VESA mountable which is awesome, but you'll need to get the screws from the store, i.e. Home Depot. Couple things worth noting. This requires more power than a typical portable monitor. Your phone/tablet/etc may not supply enough power over type C to drive it. I tried with a few, no luck. No issues with one cable from a laptop, however. I have another 14" Lenovo portable monitor that can easily be driven by a phone, but it doesn't get anywhere near as bright on top of a lower res and refresh rate.

Screen looks great, is lightweight, video and power delivery over USB-C w/ MacBook (M1 Pro), resolution is fantastic, bright... Almost perfect. What's missing, you ask? - The folio stand is great in theory but it just isn't stable enough in practice. The monitor has a 1cm square bevel, not a thinner, more rolled edge like a tablet or phone might have where the edge is able to grip into the notches better in a folio case. Because of this, it's annoying to get placed and the monitor is prone to slide out of the notch if the table/desk is bumped. (Subtract 0.1 stars) - The folio cover doesn't provide a great protective cover for the screen. The screen itself is a typical LCD screen without any hard protective glass/plastic layer. If you are buying this portable monitor to travel, like me, you'll probably, like me, be sticking it in a backpack or carry-on bag with your laptop and other accessories. That flexible folio cover with it's bendable notches isn't going to stand up to much pressure so I always pack it with the screen facing towards the padding in my travel backpack and cross my fingers. (Subtract 0.2 stars.) - When connected over USB-C to the Macbook M1 Pro, the monitor's native resolution isn't recognized automatically. This means it connects with a terrible resolution by default, I can't use the default MacBook retina scaling (which would maintain 2K but scale fonts, glyphs, icons) and I have to manually select a lower resolution from the "Show all resolutions" list to get the scale that works for me. (Subtract 0.1 stars.) Other thoughts: - It's a 2K monitor in a 16" package. Yes, at that resolution, unscaled, text is going to be small. You knew that going in. Be prepared to scale if you prefer larger text. - Single-cable connection (video + PD over USB-C) is great, but I wouldn't assume it will work with a different laptop/PC/table/etc without testing it first. I'm sure cable matters, too. The USB-C cables they provide in the package seem heavy gauge and durable, but they aren't super long.
Fantastic Little Monitor!

I got this monitor to replace an older 1080P portable monitor and bought it on a whim hoping it would be a little brighter than my old one. This little monitor is great! The screen is nice and bright, I actually had to dim it down a bit. The colors are nice and vibrant and the blacks are nice and deep. It almost looks like an OLED display! The refresh rate is great too, excellent for gaming. My setup only allows for 120hz so I can't comment on anything higher than that but everything looks buttery smooth. The aspect ratio on this is great too.. MUCH better if you plan on doing work on it like I do since the aspect ratio combined with the 1600P vertical resolution gives you PLENTY of real estate for documents and multiple windows and applications all at once. The thing you have to consider about these off brand monitors is that they're sourced using parts from name brand manufactures, so it's very likely the panel is made by Samsung, LG, Sony, Dell, etc etc. The OSD is nice too, easy to navigate and has plenty of adjustments but it looks great right out of the box. Built in speakers are a plus too! Nothing fancy but better than nothing at all. Overall a great buy for a generic portable monitor. The picture quality and colors seem to be better than my more expensive Dell monitors. Very happy with it and would highly recommend for anyone that wants a 3rd monitor that they can pack up and take with them on the go!

When I received this I immediately had to try it out, I've been using it for almost a week now. Easy to set up, even comes with HDMI and power cable. It's even as good of a picture as my laptop, I didn't know I was missing having a second screen until I started using this. It is very helpful well I'm working on estimates. I would definitely say this was worth the money spent

This monitor is great. Lightweight enough that having it in my backpack is not noticeable. After over a year of use with many, many times stuffing the bag in overhead there have been no issues with breakage or degradation. I don't game with it so can't speak to the refresh rate or color. For office use I have no complaints on the clarity or resolution. The only issue I'd say is the cover isn't sturdy as a stand. I didn't buy this for the stand though. And the cover works great as a cover. No affect to rating.
Overall good display, but specs not exactly as advertised.

The display came a bit cold in colour temperature. I calibrated it and now it's great, so it has a decent gamut, but you have to calibrate it to get the most out of it. The first major issue is that HDR washes out the colours at any brightness, so I have to leave it off, however, it gets very bright, so that isn't an issue. The second major issue is that over HDMI, it only reports 60Hz, so I have to set a custom resolution and refresh rate combination in the Nvidia control panel, but the highest stable refresh rate that I can get is 95hz. However, over USB Type-C, it reports 130Hz and it's perfectly stable, so you oddly lose some Hz in one input and gain some in another. GSync works as expected. The 16:10 aspect ratio is awesome, and if the display is close to you (such as when using it with a laptop), you don't need display scaling and it's the perfect PPI for me and allows me to have an excellent density of code vertically and horizontally. The greater resolution height translates very well when used as a portrait. The Folio stand feels great, but not very stable, though it's not as bad in my case as other reviews make it sound as it's manageable and doesn't collapse when hit the table. I purchased a separate tablet stand and it holds the display great for portrait or landscape.

I'll preface this review with the fact that I have degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer science, and I've tried to do as thorough of a review as possible. These are the biggest things I felt worth mentioning. I'll also say just in case this is for the product "AYY 2K Portable Monitor 16'' 120Hz Portable Gaming Monitor, 2560x1600 QHD" 1) This monitor does not work at 120hz at all resolutions (2560x1440 for instance) 2) Using the monitor on Xbox Series X it does NOT see this monitor as supporting 120hz. I purchased this monitor specifically and mainly to use with Xbox, so this is a bummer.. after some fiddling I found out you can choose manual settings on the Xbox. When you do that you can choose 1440p resolution (though why would you on xbox), or 1080p and force 120hz. When you do this, 120hz does work.... why Xbox doesn't auto detect this though I couldn't say. 120hz does detect and work fine on PC and Mac. Freesync works on Mac, though I'm unsure how to validate this on Xbox. 3) Using HDMI for video while either using a USB C to USB A cable from the monitor to the Xbox for power or a USB C from PC to monitor for power, I AM able to bring the monitor to full brightness while using speakers at full volume (note however a USB C to USB A cable is NOT included). However, when using a USB C connection to a 2021 MacBook Pro (either single cable, or USB C for power and HDMI for video like with the other devices), I am NOT able to bring the brightness above 75, nor bring it above 50 while having the volume above 60 without the screen shutting off. It would seem this monitor is not getting enough power from the MacBook Pro (USB C power negotiation issue?). By design, the USB C ports on the MacBook Pro should be able to supply a lot more power than a USB A connection on the XBOX, and as much as the USB C connections on the PC… I've seen it mentioned in other reviews of a potential compatibility issue with Macs. Though this seems odd due to standards implemented in USB C that this monitor should adhere to, this issue nonetheless does exist. I don't plan to use this with my mac much so it's not a huge deal, but it is a bummer... When using it with Mac therefore, to get any amount of brightness and\or sound, you need to use the external USB adapter (using 2x USB C to the Macbook also does not seem to work). 4) This monitor is able to be powered by a USB C to USB A cable plugged into the monitor, but one is not included (nor a USB C to A adapter to use an included cable). This seems strange as many manufacturers do... If you want to use this on the go with Xbox, I'd recommend getting one as it works great this way.
