After wearing out two Cuisinart grinders in the last 15 years I picked this one up a week ago. It is definitely a newer design, more diverse and will take a bit to learn it as far as my tastebuds are concerned. It is my first conical bur grinder. My on going learning of this machine shows it can really get the flavor out if the beans! I also like the ability to fill my basket right from the machine. Pretty cool! The ability to easily clean the actual burr mechanism is very handy and retains it's professional focus! So far it's the best coffee grinder I have ever had.👍

Coffee beans constantly get stuck in the grinder. Grinds a few beans, then needs to be disassembled to get out the stuck bean(s). Ground coffee goes everywhere and it takes a very long time to grind a supply with the starting and stopping.. After two days I am too frustrated to want to continue. No user manual included. Cannot find one online. This is going back. (I have used several types of beans. Same thing happens). I do not recommend.
