They work!
By Eowyn Anderson on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2025
Really works. I've inflated 8 car tires and 2 freight dolly tires and 4 bike tires. 2 charges of the battery so far. The buttons are a bit confusing but just play with them until you get the desired target pressure to show up and pull the trigger once or twice to start it .... then set it down. It stops on its own. Mine came with all the accessories .... car adapter and USB charging cord and carry pouch. I bought one for each car and tested them all. They all worked out of the box. So much easier than foot pumps or gas stations.

Things started out great...
By Thomas on Reviewed in the United States on July 1, 2025
Initially, I was thrilled with this unit. I inflated bike tires first and then car tires and it worked great. Occasionally, there was a slight delay between pulling the trigger and it actually starting to pump the air. But I didn't think anything of it. I just thought that was normal. Unfortunately, over time the delay became worse and worse until it would literally time out before inflating a tire. So... I tried first the troubleshooting steps that were provided ostensibly by the manufacturer or seller. But I wasn't worried because I had signed up for the extended warranty on the unit. All I had to do was reply to my warranty verification email and I would get a response within 24 to 48 hours. Unfortunately, that response never came (and I did check my SPAM folder.) I tried twice to reach out to the seller. Still no response. Consequently, I reached out to Amazon to see if they might be able to help me. At first things seemed great. They would issue me a refund and all I had to do was return the unit, and there was a free option to do so. Only problem was I can't accept or send anything from my physical address. For security and logistical reasons I need to have everything set up through a third party. But I was told that the return had to come from the address to which it was sent. I was advised by Amazon customer service to contact the carrier (UPS) who then told me that it would cost about $24 to change the pickup location. Totally unacceptable. And if I left the address the way it was, I would literally have to potentially wait around for hours for UPS to pick up the package. There is a UPS Store ore near me as well as multiple UPS pickup points. But again, that was not an option provided by the seller. And when I brought these facts to the attention of Amazon customer service, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. The return needed to happen because of the seller's inventory. I found that to be ridiculous and absurd. All I wanted was warranty support. And now I had invested nearly an hour in back and forth nonsense about this issue with multiple customer service reps. Long story short I told them to forget it. I spend an awful lot of money here on Amazon and I told them that I had hoped that we could work out something that would be mutually acceptable. I shouldn't have to return the unit. But they seemed to side with the seller. Consequently, I gave up and I'm going to take my business elsewhere. My advice would be don't buy this unit if you expect any kind of support if things go sideways--either from the seller or from Amazon if you are in my situation. Incredibly frustrating and terrible customer service all around.
