I've been using the Cervical Neck Pillow, Ergonomic Memory Foam for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. The contour design provides excellent neck and head support, especially for side and back sleeping. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, adapting well to my sleeping position without flattening out overnight. I also appreciate the removable and washable pillowcase—very convenient for keeping things clean. It took a night or two to get used to the shape, but now I wake up with less neck stiffness. Great option if you're looking for orthopedic neck support!

No support for head, center of the pillow.

I had such high hopes for his pillow. It is very soft, BUT, the center where your head goes has no support at all. I feel like my head is angled down, not at a straighter angle for comfort. Both nights I slept on it I woke during the night, and in the morning with neck pain and headache. This morning's headache was super bad. I hate to say I'll be requesting a refund. I really wanted this to work. I've had other brand pillows similar to this, and have never been in more pain after use.
