Heated Bidet Toilet Seat, Elongated (Open Box)

Has worked great so far. The bidet part of it is really simple to use, just turn a dial. The seat is nice and warm on the lowest setting. It was very easy to install. The hardest part was putting an electrical outlet in for it but I knew that before I bought it.

No warm water

The different functions in the heated seat part of it are really great It gets pretty warm purchased in the summer so I have it almost settings would definitely be nice in the winter. Easy to install I forgot to measure my toilet before I purchased but it fit perfectly, clean it like a regular seat no issues The spray can be a little strong but you can adjust the pressure. Night light does work pretty well not too bright.

Alright, so a bidet. I’ll be straight with you, I thought it was one of those fancy, over-the-top things for people with too much time and money. My wife, though, she’s been pushing for one for months. Said it was "life-changing," which, let’s be honest, sounded a bit dramatic for a toilet seat. But, after some gentle nudging, I caved and we got this elongated bidet seat. First off, installation wasn't as bad as I pictured. I’m no plumber, but I managed to get it hooked up without flooding the bathroom. It’s got a decent build quality, feels solid enough. The heated seat? That's a nice touch, especially on those cold mornings. I didn't think I'd care, but, well, I do. Now, for the actual "bidet" part. I was, admittedly, a bit hesitant. But it's not as weird as you'd think. The controls are simple, and you can adjust the water pressure and temperature. The rear and feminine wash functions are pretty self-explanatory. And, yeah, it does leave you feeling cleaner. There’s no denying that. The slow-close lid is a welcome feature, no more slamming toilet seats. The night light? That's actually pretty useful for those late-night trips to the bathroom. No more blinding overhead lights. Look, I’m not going to pretend this thing revolutionized my life, but I’ve got to admit, it's not bad. It's comfortable, it's functional, and it's definitely an upgrade from a standard toilet seat. I’m still not sure I’d call it “life-changing,” but it’s a pretty decent addition to the bathroom.

With the high price tag that this is, I would expect it to be a lot better so I was disappointed with the fact that the build and electronics of this were not up to par with what I was expecting. The one major positive with this unit is the bidet. It works fantastic and and the water set up is as easy as any other day I've used. It's nice that it came with the hardware needed to install this, but I already had a bidet installed so I just needed to swap out the toilet seat. The controls for the bidet are really nice and in a convenient location and look elegant, which is often not the case with these. Too often, you'll see those bidets with huge confusing and ugly controls to the side so the slick knob is a nice design. My main qualm with the unit is with the heating. It takes forever to get hot and it doesn't get nearly as hot as you would hope see too. I had to keep it on the highest setting to even remotely feel the heat. I have a toilet with an integrated heated seat and another bathroom and that heats much quicker to a much higher temperature and that was what I was hoping and expecting from this product, space but unfortunately, that was not the case. Beyond that while the installation was easy when installed, it didn't feel particularly premium. Granted I know this is a plastic seat, but you can really feel that fact, and that can be a little bit of a deterrent. This definitely has all the features it advertises, but just be aware it may not be as good as some of it's competitors.

Installation was quick and easy, though I spent most of my time trying to remove my old toilet seat. The old setup had metal screws with plastic nuts, which were a nightmare to take off.. I eventually had to cut them off. This bidet seat, however, comes with metal screws and nuts, making future removal so much easier if I ever need to take it off for cleaning or replacement. Once installed, everything fit perfectly as expected. The water pressure is just right, and the dual nozzles work well for both front and rear washing. Since this bidet has a warmer for the seat but no warmer for water, the cold water takes some getting used to, but after a few uses, it becomes refreshing and no longer a shock. A couple of great added features: - Slow-close lid and seat: No more slamming, which is especially great at night. - Built-in LED night light: The soft blue glow makes nighttime trips much easier without turning on bright lights. - Quick-release hinges: Makes it super easy to remove for deep cleaning. Overall, this is a fantastic upgrade that’s comfortable, easy to maintain, and worth the switch. If you’re considering a bidet seat, this is a great choice! Just keep in mind, water will come out at pipe temps.

Overall we're real happy with it. I ordered this to replace another brand that didn't fit the elongated style of the toilet at our new home. This one fits perfectly, and I was able to install it within 15 min although it took additional time getting the heated seat setup. It comes with a fairly short power cord which is probably my only complaint. Unless you have an outlet immediately next to the toilet, reaching it without an extension will be hard. The closest outlets for us are unfortunately in the vanity area which is the next room over OR outside beneath the bathroom window. That seemed to be the best way to go about getting power to it so I ran the cord thru a small space on the side of the window and connected it to an extension cord that was used to power outside porch lights. It doesn't really change anything outside but even with the extension, it feels like the cord going to the toilet is awkward looking. Eventually I'll need to find another way to do this like trying to tap into a light switch on the side that stays energized so as to not need to press the switch every time the toilet is needed. Regardless the blue nightlight is bright enough to be worth having and the seat warming is very nice with 3 levels heat. Currently it's on high and it's nice since it's still winter time for us (if you call it winter in Texas). Anyways even with the power cord situation, $149.99 for this product is a very fair deal. I've noticed other brands selling for up to twice as much for basically the same thing. Wouldn't make sense to pay double or even more for something that does the same thing if you can save and get a product that performs well. The nozzle to engage the spray seems kinda sensitive so if you quickly spray it by turning it fast you'll get kinda startling pressure, but if you slowly turn it on it's actually quite smooth and easy to control the pressure. Compared to the one it replaced, I like this one better.

This Bidet Toilet Seat is a good upgrade for any bathroom. The heated seat and slow-close lid add a touch of luxury, while the rear and feminine washing functions ensure cleanliness and comfort. The electric operation, night light. However, I do not like the ambient water temperature setting, which might be a drawback for some. I wished it has warm water. Despite this, it's a worthy investment for those seeking a bidet seat.

This bidet's electrical power only heats the seat and powers the LED night light. It doesn't heat the water or have a reservoir to do so. Both nozzles operate independently. While the bidet is decent, Although I'd prefer heated water, this model is acceptable as long as you understand that limitation.
