I bought this regalo u shaped pillow and it’s changed my wife’s sleeping! She has had some discomfort at night since being pregnant and now she can get comfortable really easily! The quality is durable and soft! Plush but easily stored behind all our pillows when the bed is made! Would highly recommend.

Doesn't really support hips and knees

This holds my head up fine, though it's really awkward for my shoulders. The problem is with my legs. It doesn't give as much support as with a normal pillow. For reference I weigh about 150 pounds. I'm not pregnant so I can't speak to how it'll feel for that. But it really doesn't work well for my joints that sublax overnight.
