All-in-one Powerful Handheld Steam Mop

I had high hopes for this thing. I’m pretty disappointed though.. the main reason I wanted this was to be my mop. My whole house has wood floors. The problem is, I don’t think it’s actually cleaning my floors. The pad IS a little dirty, as pictured, so it IS doing something. But I took a Clorox wipe and wiped the floor in one spot that I had mopped to see if it was actually clean, and you can imagine my disappointment at how dirty it still was. I think the problem is that the steam doesn’t directly hit the floor, it comes from under (on top of) the pad. I also have to really scrub simple spots on the floor to get them off. The handheld steamer on the other hand, is awesome! It removes stains and grime SO easily and fast! The only issue I have is that it works a little too good and strips the paint off of my walls and baseboards… yikes. Probably user error but I am disappointed that I won’t be able to use the steamer to clean those things since it will take a lot more time and muscle to clean manually. I tested out the window cleaning attachment as well and my windows are nice and clean, just took a little scrubbing on some spots (I have young children and the windows were really gross.) Also, it does not leak water! Some of the reviews on other steamers complained of water leakage from the reservoir or other areas. This one definitely doesn’t leak anywhere. I think I might return it. I need my floors to be cleaned better and I feel a Swiffer could do better than this..
