6 in 1 Steam Mop Cleaner with 4 Heads (Open Box)

This is my first steam generator. I have not used this device before. But recently I decided to purchase and try this device for the first time. I took a long time to choose and chose "Steam Cleaner, 6 in1". The delivery was the next day. I was glad when I got the steam mop because I thought it would be much bigger and heavier. I am a skinny girl and I would not like to hold and carry a heavy object in my hand for a long time. I live in a small apartment and I don't have much space in the house, so the compact size is a big plus. I was also worried that I wouldn't be able to figure out how to turn it on the first time. But it turned out to be very easy and simple, and I did it myself. I poured water into the container, put on the nozzle I needed and started the test. Literally 20 seconds later, I got a huge cloud of steam. Oh, how fast. I didn't expect it (pleasant surprise) No water flows out of the steam generator anywhere and no excess liquid appears. When I was cleaning the walls, I felt like a ghostbuster, it's really nice to turn my usual routine into a movie or a game. And so that's what I did during the cleaning. 1. I cleaned the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. I cleaned the sanitary ware and the bathtub. 2. I steamed my feather pillows. 3. I washed the mirrors. I also like that the steam generator has two steam power modes. I also like that I can safely top up the water without waiting for the appliance to cool down (although there is enough water for a large amount of work). The cleaning was safe. I also like that the cord of the device is very long. And the three extension tubes of the mop will even allow me to wash the ceiling (I rent an apartment and our ceilings are painted). The only thing I'm worried about is that I'd like to be able to buy replacement floor cloths and other attachments and brushes for this steam generator.
