The cat tree is low-profile, fitting into corners or not taking up much space if it's placed in the center of the room. Assembly was difficult due to the lack of instructions, but if you have assembled other cat trees, it should go rather quickly. Sturdy. The soft fabric pet bed is machine washable. The kitties immediately started using the scratching posts and batting at the dangling pompoms. Highly recommend to those who have small to medium sized cats. Since the cat tree is on the smaller side, larger cats won't fit into the pet bed and may upset the balance of the tree when jumping onto the ledge or bowing down to scratch at the posts.
