OMG my favorite thing to do has adequate space and steam, as this is a whole body performance level. I utilize it after each workout easy to set up easy to steam up. I love the results that it gives my skin each week. Now, I do have to say the chair is OK for starters, but he can be more comfortable so another chair, for this is only outlook for me.

False advertising

Firstly, Inaccurate measurements. There are many on Amazon, and I chose this one bc it is the widest at 36"x36", except its not. It's 33"x33" making it average on this page, so not worth the extra money. Additionally, it takes nearly 10mins for the steam to begin. You can make rice faster than this thing boils water. Last and worst is the fabric on the bottom; it's soft & cushy for comfort, but this absorbs moisture and will eventually become a MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD.
