Stopped working after 41 days

This thing stopped working 41 days after purchasing. The return window is 30 days. Beware; now trying to deal with endless troubleshooting and the nightmare that is their customer support forms. Headset does not have sound and cannot be physically system reset and is stuck permanently on. Can not be powered down.
