NZXT Kraken Elite 240 RGB 2024 AIO CPU Liquid Cooler

This isn't my first rodeo with AIO coolers. I decided it was time to upgrade my old NZXT cooler to this newer model for my new AMD R7 9950X build. Installation was fine. Then I hit the power button and oh man did we hit lift off. The fans at full speed a a piercing sound of a pair of F18 Hornet jet engines about to get launched off the deck of a Carrier. So I went no biggie - install the NZXT CAM software and... it won't recognize the device? I go online for support and after searching around in order for it to get detected was to WHILE THE COMPUTER IS RUNNING unplug and plug back into a USB 2.0 header on the Motherboard. Fantastic it finally found it after playing telegraph with the tiny usb header and my ham hands. So now I go and attempt to adjust the fan speed or the pump speed. And no matter what I did they just wouldn't change or adjust. I could get the screen to change though that was weird. So I went and attempted to get different 3rd party software... and none of these worked as well. I ended up returning this and getting the Artic Freezer III 360 instead because I have the case for it. If you are running a Ryzen 7 setup? I'd highly suggest to get a 360 AIO to help keeps down and keep your sanity when it comes to fan noise.
