GREENSKY 902XL Ink Cartridge for HP Printer

First off, the customer service was a bit difficult. I sent a very detailed message about the problem I was having and the reply email repeated everything back incorrectly. The printer was working and the HP made cartridges were still fully operational and clear. As my daughter was about to go to school, I wanted to put new ink in. The initial test page came out with black and yellow only. Cyan and magenta showed as full on the ink level screen, but nothing came out. The second test page, only yellow came out. All four of the cartridges were showing as having ink in them although the yellow is starting to show a significant drop in level I did a cleaning cycle, checked the drivers (and they were all up to date) and did a third test page. Still only yellow. It was then when I contacted the seller. The message was the opposite of what I wrote. The yellow now shows 80% capacity after three pages of minor coverage. This particular printer will be getting original HP cartridges. For a light use printer, an economical ink cartridge would have been wonderful. The last cartridges were in there a long time and worked perfectly fine and still do. I put them back in and the printer is fine again.
