Chef'n QuickCore Pepper Plus Corer Set, 8 inches Update : After 8 months and several more uses I just found this was slower than me using a knife. I think this tool is useful for things like stuffed peppers and it is fine to use, but for me it is not faster than a knife. It was well made and stayed sharp, washed up easily. But for me? Meh, just another kitchen gadget in the drawer that I do not need.
