Massage gun has worked well on my triangle of tight muscles surrounding the L4, L5 and associated facet joint. I do daily PT exercises to relieve pain from back, hip, down leg to my heel. The gun keeps the muscles relaxed enough for the stretches & strengthening exercises to work. Battery recharge & usage time is great so far. I hope I can say the same in a year from now.

Powerful. Too Powerful

So it has a lot of power for me it has too much you use it on the 1st setting not using the pressure to give it even more power & you still get it beating you hard. There are no soft attachments to use with it. It is just too powerful and I would say most of the time this would be a good thing but when it is a massage tool to help you feel better & the lowest settings are too hard & beat on you this is not my idea of a tool that is supposed to help me feel better when it would make me feel a lot worse. I would not recommend it unless that is what you are looking for.
