Love the sleek packaging and design

The moment I opened it I loved the packaging. It was neatly packed together in a sleek box. The headphones come in a carry case that you plug in to charge. These headphones came pre-charged so I was able to enjoy them right away. They easily hooked onto my ear, resting lightly above my eardrum. They are very lightweight; you barely notice them. The sound quality is excellent, and the bass is decent. They can be played quite loud. The best part is that they allow for situational awareness. You can hear your music or phone calls loud and clear while also hearing important sounds around you. These would be perfect for outdoor use, such as hiking, jogging, sports, etc. They paired easily with my phone, turning on automatically when I put them on my ears. I like the hands-free experience of being able to talk on the phone while multitasking. The person on the other line was able to hear me clearly as well. Overall, I think these are a great pair of headphones. The design, sound, and feel are on par with some of the more expensive brands out there. They also come with a 24-month warranty which was easy to redeem.

Disappointed In Product and Amazon Support!!

The Demicea open ear air conduction earbuds were a problem from the beginning. I read all the reviews and watched all the videos. The final piece was $87.00. I felt as though I had done due diligence in selecting a middle to high range set of earbuds. My first problem was not being able to hear phone calls. The second problem was pairing with my phone. These issues both came about within a week of purchase. I tried all the troubleshooting methods. Tried to contact the Demicea website, they didn’t even have a phone number to call. Then I went back to Amazon to see if they had a phone number. They did not!! I reread everything and wasted a days worth of time trying to pair them. I’m so done with this product. Do not believe those reviews you read on Amazon. Shame on them for posting them. I don’t have time to write reviews…BUT!! The amount of time I wasted trying to get support from Demicea and Amazon, I felt this one is important and may save someone else the hassle. Amazon you usually do good but this time ya really sand bagged me. HOPE THIS HELPS Y’ALL!!
