Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Maker with RapidChill Technology

I received the product and try to use (as anyone would) and the machine was defective and would not get cold. This is not the first Ninja product that I have purchased and did not work correctly, so I wanted to return it for a refund, in order to purchase a different brand. This seller is making me pay the return shipping on the HEAVY machine and telling me if the product was used, I will be charged a 60% restock fee. How would I know is was defective, if I did not try to use it? Why is there a 60% restock fee for defective product? So, they can send it to someone else and make more money on it? I would have give 1/2 a star if I could have and that would have only been for receiving the product in 2 days. Very disappointed with the product and VERY dissatisfied with the seller.
