L'OR Barista Coffee & Espresso Combo System (Open Box)

This is the second machine I’ve had to buy from L’or. It has broken a number of times, but the troubleshooting guidance always returned it to a working condition. Twice now, however, it broke outside the warranty. And so I had to buy a new machine. I was told by L’or support that they would give me a $50 credit towards a new machine, and since I have a cupboard full of pods, I thought I’d go ahead and invest again. After I bought the machine, L’or Support changed their mind and told me they were not going to offer the $50 credit! I’m done, L’or. I’m done spending hundreds of dollars on your pods, which are too difficult to recycle and so go into the building piles of waste everywhere. I’m going back to pour-over coffee and doing what I can to save the planet. Your convenience was a treat, but I’m not gonna buy a new machine every year for the privilege of spending Much more money on your wasteful pods.
