Item quit working within 4 months. Using Amazon link to seller’s website I completed all troubleshooting tasks and contacted the seller but never heard back. Contacted Amazon directly and was told there was nothing they could do. Amazon should have better control over its vendors so this sort of thing doesn’t happen. Very disappointed in this product and Amazon customer service.
