FINALLY I was able to try it out.

Took almost a year ... or it was a year, but I finally for to use this at our favorite spot in Ludington, MI. It is not as dark as I hoped, but it was darker than the other coleman tent we have and I did get to sleep in later. The area to bring in a power supply is small you almost have to tear it open. Suggestions: Buy a tarp for under the tent to help with keeping dirt off the bottom and from inside the tent... it makes for an easier pack up too. Added benefit is it keeps debris from poking through tent and the air mattress. Start with the screened in awning at the front. When all put together, doing that last is a herculean task. If using said air mattress, use a high quality low profile one. There won't be a lot of top room otherwise. Leave the back flap of the top cover down when facing the back against dunes.... cold air off the lake sweeps over the dunes down to the tent up the sides and right on to your sorry sleeping butt. If you don't have enough blankets... you are going to wish you had a tauntaun or that you could turn your partner into a tauntaun. Likes: Screened in awning. It is not big enough to have a regular fold out chair. It will fit a three legged triangle chair perfectly. I used this as an area to put on my shoes and store wet items. It has a mesh strip on the floor where sand and dirt easily falls out of. This is an extra layer of defense from letting dirt and sand get in the main tent. *Suggestion* Easy "porch" cleanup if using a electric inflater for the mattress. When packing up open the porch curtains and use the blowing option on the inflater to blow any extra sand out before packing up the tent if you don't have a portable vacuum. This is a solid tent 10/10 but hope I have it long enough I don't need to buy another... although, could always go bigger... Nah, I'll be good.

First time use.

Really easy to set up which is great, but quality and durability is poor. The screen room poles broke on me during the first use (the elastic line that connects the links snapped and it’s now useless). I also noticed a tear in the tent after first time out. It’s not that easy to breakdown and pack up either. A bit disappointed.
