Effective, sugar-free hydration mix with outstanding flavor

I initially bought the variety pack to try the different flavors. Immediately fell in love with the passion fruit flavor and bought a single flavor bag of those.My son who needs extra electrolytes for health conditions and I both enjoy the flavors of watermelon, strawberry-raspberry, lemonade, and the aforementioned passion fruit. I have yet to try the orange flavor, but I expect it will not disappoint.This is less expensive than other brands we've tried in the past. It mixes easily without turning the water cloudy or murky, and it is definitely dye free.The specific ratio of electrolytes is on par with most competitors, however, it is only 500mg of sodium rather than 1000mg. This probably only matters for POTS patients.The only "downside" to this product isn't really a downside. The individual packets are perfect for on the go, but unlike other drink mixes the packet is heavy duty enough to need scissors to open. The good part to that is I have had any electrolyte powder bursts in my purse or my son's backpack.Overall, great product, great taste, great health benefits.

Doesn't dissolve well at all

Update: they did refund my purchase, so I've added one star for customer service.My biggest issue with this product is that it does not dissolve well... at least not in cold water. The first day, the water was Very cold (coming straight out of the fridge) and after a minute of vigorous shaking, there was still a huge clump in the bottom of the bottle (see pic). I shook for another minute even more vigorously and little change. It took several hours and occasional shaking during that time for all of it to dissolve. The next day, I used water out of the tap that was only slightly cold, but it still didn't dissolve well. The clumps in the bottom weren't as large but still there. I guess this just isn't for me because I don't want to drink warm water. I honestly haven't cared for the flavors either. I preferred liquid IV strawberry and at least that dissolves. I can't speak to this product's ability to hydrate because it hasn't been long enough.
