Very nice!

So, this isn't the first "head eye massager" I've tried, and after the last one, I was actually very afraid to try another. You see, my vision averages to about -5.5, which is to say that I am very, VERY near-sighted. A consequence of this is my eyes are very long and poke out more than most. The last eye massager I had ended up pressing into my eyeballs, which is never a great experience. This one didn't do that. It correctly massaged the areas around my eyes without putting pressure on the eyeballs themselves. It also felt GOOD. The heat was nice, and I have a feeling I'll be pulling this out regularly when I'm dealing with tension headaches. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is that it didn't stay in place securely without my help. There's a velcro strap for the back of the head, but it doesn't hold it tight enough, and if I lean back while sitting, it ends up heavy on my nose. Maybe this would be better resting on my back entirely? I don't know. I ended up leaning forward and using a hand to hold the front in place over the bridge of my nose. It worked, but was a bit awkward. Otherwise, this is a fantastic product!

Works well for heat, less-so for pressure

Wanted to see if I could find a good tool to help block out the world and relax a bit. This seemed like a nice combination of an eye-massage and heat pad. It did fine, but depends on how you want to use it. It works well right out of the box (after charging with the included USB-C cable). One of the things I really liked was the fact that the power button on the side is easy to find when wearing it (which blinds out), and it uses voice prompts for both the activation of the unit, as well as when you change the settings (Heat+Massage, Massage Only, and Heat Only) and when the 10 minute massage wraps up. No guess work, the voice prompts are easily understood. The massage part is fine, but honestly not sure how well it does anything. It goes through a general cycle, and swaps to a different pattern a couple times in the 10 minute session. I felt like it didn't quite do very well with it, either not enough pressure to feel it or too much pressure in the temple region. Also the material used isn't the most comfortable when it presses into you, nor does it completely block out all light which is a bit of a let down when you are trying to relax. The heat part seems to work quite well, to the point that I thought it might be a bit TOO hot. That said, I can imagine if you needed a warm compress or wanted to feel a little heat on your face it would be very functional for that.
