This unit arrived almost completely charged, and only needed 30 min to top it off. The charge held for almost an hour of continuous use. I started out cleaning my dingy shower grout, and tried various heads. The pointy one worked the best. I like the angle of the head to the wand, and it never comes apart. The weight is good, and it's easy to manage up & down the shower walls. It did a great job of returning my grout to white, so I know it'll clean anything. Love the assortment of heads for different jobs around the house - and the availability of replacement heads via Amazon or the PunaFlex site. Would recommend this scrubber!

The first use seemed ok, or maybe I was just excited to get this product. After that, the charge did not hold but maybe 10 minutes, and you can barely put any pressure on it to actually clean or it stops and shuts off. The round bristle brush completely broke into pieces after maybe 4 or 5 uses. Entire waste of money. Very disappointed and want a refund!
