GreenLife GreenLife Click 10-Piece Ceramic Nonstick Cook

I kinda liked these, but the little one had a spot on it with a scratch down to the metal. Clearly something not done in shipping, but a quality issue. I called GreenLife to see if they could replace the smallest pan as I liked the set. They informed me this was a set made exclusively for Amazon, which I believe is a lie as I have seen this on GreenLife's website before. Further they told me that they could not replace it, that it was up to Amazon to replace the single pot. Yeah, Amazon does not do that and it has a warranty from GreenLife in the box. So to put it politely I have heard nothing good about GreenLife's customer service and warranty, any thing that happens the customer caused. However in this case, I never used the pot, so they put it back on Amazon. I sent it back to Amazon for a refund after talking to Amazon service who was helpful. The conversion confirmed GreenLife is a lying and sketchy company.. So apparently if you buy this and have a problem, expect no honor of the warranty from GreenLife who will probably say the problem is your fault, but if not that, they say Amazon has the responsibility for honoring your warranty. You see where this is going....no warranty and BS customer service from GreenLife. I sent it back, Amazon refunded my money. But if considering GreenLife beware of this sketchy company especially on warranty but one could say that about other companies with cookware too but they were especially bad, not professional on the phone...just we can't do anything, let's see who we can slug off our responsibility to....hmmmm. So this experience with this set of cookware was disappointing.
