UPDATE: Circling back to update my original review—and sadly, I can’t recommend this product anymore. At first, it seemed like a solid buy, but after a week of use, the flaws really started to show. The edges have already started curling up, which not only looks bad but also creates a serious tripping hazard. It no longer lays flat, and trying to keep it in place has become a hassle. The mat also slides around way too easily, especially when you're moving the grill or walking over it. It’s supposed to protect my patio, but honestly, it's become more of an annoyance than a help. On top of that, the surface is no longer easy to clean—it’s picked up dirt and stains that won’t come off, no matter how much I scrub. Really disappointed in how quickly this went downhill. Save your money and look for something better. OLD Review: I've been using this grill mat for a week now on my wooden patio, and it's made a huge difference. Before, I constantly had grease dripping onto the wood, which was a pain to clean. This mat makes cleanup quick and easy. The quality is excellent—it's sturdy, has a nice weight to it, and doesn't feel flimsy at all. The smooth surface is easy to wipe down, and so far, it seems like it can handle the outdoor elements without any issues. Highly recommend if you're looking to protect your deck or patio!
