GoodCook 3pc set cheeses Serve

These are nice, yet dainty cheese knives that can be used by you or your guests either before serving the charcuterie board or at it. They can handle room temp cheeses best, especially if you have already cut down big blocks of cheese with a larger knife. They worked best for us with people who had the smaller hands in the group. For the larger handed folks, it was a bit awkward, and the word "dainty" was used a lot... Bottom line: A nice little set of knives that can be displayed and used nicely by your charcuterie/cheese board or for late night munchies where you might want to hack off a little bit of cheese to nibble on. Might be more difficult to use if you have arthritic or larger hands. Only time will tell on durability and I will update if anything comes up in that area.
