Ember Temperature Control Travel Mug 12oz

Bought this cup (“renewed”) and COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I FOUND WHEN I OPENED IT!!! The top to the cup and the charger were missing…the description did say a top and a charger were included in the purchase. HOW AM I EVEN SUPPOSED TO USE IT? I did attempt to turn the cup on and it did power on but there are pixels burnt out of the digital display as well. THIS IS NOT RENEWED…IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE TOP AND CHARGER ARE MISSING! I have been buying from Amazon for many years and have had things go wrong before and have never written a bad review BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! COME ON AMAZON!!! In all fairness they did agree to send me a replacement and send this one back within 30 days so we will see what happens when the new one comes but for right now, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Didn’t work, never powered on. Returned

Doesn’t work! Doesn’t hold a charge at all! Very disappointed
