VivaEase Ionic Hair Dryer

I bought this blow dryer because it had the same exact specs as the slopehill hair dryer for half the cost. But it is nothing close to good. As soon as I took it out of the box and used it for the first time it had a terrible burning smell that it would produce. I have been cutting hair for 10 years now and have never had one produce that smell. If you put the heat setting on anything above the first cold level it starts to burn up. I’ve cleaned the filter and made sure no hair was in it or that it was previously used. Also the plastics breaks very easily, just putting in the Dyson like holder that it fits in cracks the plastic. It also said in the description that it had 110,000 RPM just like the slopehill one and that is not true at all either. It will barely blow hair off clients shoulders. Terrible power. It has the same power as the “hot tools” hair dryer the guy next to me uses. Literally because we tested it. Does this come with a warranty? Or can I have my money back? I understand 70 bucks is cheap but it’s way too much for this thing. The only thing about this blow dryer that is good is the weight, other than that it’s no good. The power, the smell, and the durability all need to be worked on.
