Creatine Monohydrate Gummies 5000mg Blueberry Flavor

This is my first time buying creatine monohydrate. I was a bit skeptical about the usage and it's effectiveness and it's legitimacy as well, but I must say I'm quite satisfied with these gummies. The first and foremost thing I saw in this was that it's third party lab tested. So that eliminates the major doubts in my mind about the legitimacy. Talking about my usage, I didn't do the loading phase as I researched after a month it's gonna take you to the same point as the normal dosage. So I started taking 4 gummies that is 5g of creatine everyday, and have been taking it for about 2 months now. I must say I really like these gummies. It doesn't feel at all that I'm taking a supplement or a powder like other supplements. This is quite literally tasting strawberry candies that you give to kids. So easy to consume and easy to carry, without worrying of water or measurements. The biggest result of taking these gummies for about two months is that my energy levels are quite high throughout the day. I used to be sluggish and tired and not able to increase my weights during my workouts, but I have noticed increased energy levels, boost in strength, and overall a very active mind which helps in my work. Maybe there's a little bit of increase in how big I look now as well, compared to how I looked back when I started it, but I'm not sure exactly how much or necessarily sure if it's because of this or just my workouts helping me grow bigger. Overall, thinking of continuing this and satisfied with the results that I'm getting.
