SHAN ZU 7 Inch Japanese Chef Knife

Made in China from inferior Chinese materials! It’s an 8” inch blade not a 7”. Out of the box knife is stiff, heavy, dull and awkward. After 23 years of processing animals for meat, within the first use of SHAN ZU 7 Inch Fillet Knife, Japanese Super Steel Boning Knife, Professional Ultra Sharp Fish knife with K133 Ergonomic Handle, Black Tortoise Genbu Series …. I had to go to emergency room due to almost losing my left thumb. Long story short, it’s Chinese junk as usual, can’t hold an edge and should never have made it to market. I do not recommend this product “brand” at any level! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND OR SELLER FOR PREVENTION OF YOUR DEXTERITY!! You will lose a finger or more.
