Printer won’t accept it

The cartridges were not accepted by the printer. I took them out. Cleaned the contacts. Still no luck. I guess I’m stuck as I have had this too long to return it. I should have checked the day I got it. My mistake. If you give these a try be sure and check them in your printer right away so they can be returned. UPDATE: After posting this review the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund. I am beyond the window for returns so they didn’t have to do that. I’m very impressed. That was not expected. I will try their product again. Perhaps it was just defective as others don’t seem to have the same problem. Many thanks to this company for their outstanding customer service.

Chips FAILED To Be Recognized

Printer refused to recognize the chips/cartridges. I even bought a chip resetter. Also failed to work on these chips/cartridges. This forced me to order a new printer. This time, bulk/eco ink tank style printer. I'll give this one to my grandfather, and he'll rip it apart to make it work! Keeping the ink to use after replacing these cartridges with REAL Epson cartridges.
