Big, strong, sturdy, heavy and well made

Sturdy, well built, easy to assemble. Rolls easily on supplied casters. As packaged for shipping, the box is large and very heavy. You will need help if you need to carry it up a flight of stairs. You can be confident that nothing short of a Tasmanian Devil is going to break out of it. Our dog loves it!

Product perfect in size however there were a couple of flaws. Arrived with a dent in an area that was not visible. Also there was a piece of metal that caused a slight injury to my hand that I removed with a pair of pliers. The product supply pictures do not match exactly what was sent. The latch for the top will not be secure if the dog pushes up. Finally two areas where the screws need to be placed require a two person assist.
