Product was as described. It doesn’t come in the original packaging so you have to be prepared for that, but who cares once it’s out of the box. The original instructions weren’t included, so it would have required some online research if I didn’t already have app on my phone. This was a second robot so I have one on each floor. The savings for a slightly used robot was worth it.

Spends more on the charger than cleaning. This was supposed to have a larger battery, but it doesn't have a very long running time. Takes all day to clean, should only take a couple of hours.
