I purchased this TV, and it was severely damaged. The screen had several cracks in it. There was a gash in the back of the TV panel. I called customer service about it, and they said there was nothing they could do because I was days past the return window. They told me I would have to pay for Repair or they could give me a discount on my next purchase for a TV.
