I was disappointed in the quality of this helmet. The shell was well made, but the padding and light were poor quality. The light did not work from the beginning. Once I put in a new battery, the light would still not work. I had to rig the battery to get it light, but I would not expect it to last as it is just taped in place. The padding is very thin and not well attached. Once you start to sweat, it would not stay in place and ended up as thin as a piece of cloth.
