Gatco Mode Towel Bar

READ the negative reviews first. This is a nightmare to install as a replacement towel bar because the mouting hardware is all cheap crap. They look good but I doubt they will stay on your wall very long. Here are the problems: 1. The wall mount is cheap and very very small compared to other products. 2. If you use a toggle bolt because you already have a hole in the wall from the previous towel bar, this mount will not work. It will imbed itself in the wall. 3. The hardware does not have any grooves to hold onto the mount which means that this towel bar will come loose very easily if someone tugs on it wrong. 4. The eye screw is a hex and is about a quarter inch from the wall. So screwing it in is very difficult and it does not hold well anyway. 5. All the Gatco money was spent on the looks and then they skimped completely on the guts of the towel bar. I only tried hanging the toilet paper holder. I spent two hours trying different methods. Eventually I returned the lot---4 towel racks and the tp holder. This is after I called Gatco Customer Service and was told repeatedly to return the items. They do not have any trained technical support.
