Excellent Customer Service

Beautiful, high quality knobs! I ordered 2 packs and received one package of the correct product and one package of a different style knob that had accidentally been mislabeled. I had been contacted by Southern Hills customer service shortly after ordering to make sure I was satisfied so I replied to them about the issue and they immediately sent out the correct product. I would definitely purchase these again just based on quality, but the awesome customer service guarantees a repeat customer!

I’ve ordered about 50 knobs and less than 10 were in good condition. I wish I could use them

These knobs are gorgeous and heavy duty. Unfortunately, almost all of them have bubbling in the finish which renders them unusable. I’ve ordered about 50 knobs and less than 10 were in good condition. I wish I could use them, but I can’t get enough good quality knobs to finish my bathroom
