Gentle on eczema skin!

My baby has eczema and we were searching for all solutions. I came across this water filter for the bath tub. It’s very easy to use and seems to really be gentle on his skin. The design is nice and allows you to just hand it right on faucet.

Placebo effect?

Im not sure if it actually worked out if its just a placebo to make you feel better about bathing? My local tap water is green in the tub before and still green after, no improvement. I was hoping this would take out the green tint from the pipes but it did not. Not even after 4 uses.
