I’m very happy with my purchase

Some of the bad reviews were a bit off putting but I was impressed as ever when I opened the box. This is the greatest handheld I’ve ever had, it makes me feel like I’m that kid with the PSP all over again. I haven’t even started emulating yet and I’m super impressed with how fun Bioshock is to play on the go. No man’s sky is also a gem of a game, I never thought a game like this would be so entertaining and I’m so happy to be wrong. I had no issues with shipping it literally came the earliest day they could get it out to me.

Battery issue

Received a NaN% on battery and couldn't play without it be plugged in, plus, I couldn't perform a system update because it could never read > 20% battery. Went through every troubleshooting procedure and looked up multiple Reddit to never get it to function properly. RMA
