Time to grab another one

I bought this last year during the summer season it was pretty hot in the house that I live in since the landlord do not want to turn on the AC unit the central air that I had to go out and buy my own portable AC unit and it's worth every penny of it I'm thinking about buying another one for another bedroom.

Disappointed — Poor Quality and Zero Support

I’ve purchased three of these units, and one failed in less than a year. Unfortunately, the experience with customer support has been equally frustrating. Delonghi, the manufacturer, refused to honor any warranty and redirected me to the reseller, Woot. Woot, in turn, claims their warranty is only 90 days—something that was not disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase. Neither company has been helpful or willing to take responsibility. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Delonghi or Woot again. Buyers beware: you're on your own if something goes wrong.
