Works great for icing the lower back, convenient pain relief. Highly adjustable for good fit. Seems very well made, should hold up

It might be a personal preference, but I cannot get it as tight as I would want it when I want it tight. It does hold the pack in place and give (gentle) support, but I'll have to find another.
