First impressions..
By ORLANDO RODRIGUEZ on Reviewed in the United States on February 15, 2025
Shipping was quick , first impressions are important , out of the box I installed the brushes , added cleaning solution (50/50 with water) set on the floor and powered it up . Came back and found the vac was almost done with the laundry side of basement , placed in the bedroom and let run some more. Returned and it was still running. Picked and set into living room/ kitchen,it finally quit when it headed to the hallway. Run time was about 1hr 28 mins. This vac did a great job and left the rooms smelling clean. Had this vac a week already and doing the same routine daily. So far no complaints

The Most Disappointing Purchase Within Memory
By Susan M. on Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2024
The stated original price for this robotic vacuum and mop (over $300.00) led me to believe that it would have more sophisticated functionality than a robovac I had purchased for around $60.00 more than a year ago from a home builder store. Actually both robovacs are BR151 models but my previous purchase is a V2 and has better navigation and programming. The older vac follows a more logical and effective cleaning path and automatically creates a rudimentary home map that can be accessed through its app, but it has no mop. The ZCWA vacuum on Auto follows a random pattern that tends to go over the same areas multiple times while comparatively neglecting other areas. It can vacuum both hard flooring and carpet but the mop function can only be used on hard flooring. The instructional brochures that come with it say that it can be controlled by Alexa or Google Home via a link with its Tuya Smart App but that only allows the user to turn it on and off by voice control. Unlike most other current robovacs, the ZCWA vac and Tuya Smart App do not allow the user to create a home map so the user can designate which areas of the home are to be vacuumed and which areas are to be mopped. The ZCWA vac can be controlled manually by use of its remote controller but that would be ridiculously awkward and slow as the vac does not respond predictably to manual directional control. Since I made this unfortunate purchase I have learned that there are many other more sophisticated and effective robovacs available, quite a few of them at substantially lower cost. I regret that I did not take the time to do research on the currently available features and comparative prices of robovacs before I bought this machine. I have returned it and am now in the process of making a far more considered decision about the best robovac for me.
