Booty Sprout Portable Hip Thrust Machine

This is a good piece of equipment but the quality is just OK. The directions were a little hard to follow for assembly because some pieces were pre assembled. One of the holes for the adjustable pieces doesn't line up so I can't use that height. The carabiners that attach the resistance bands to the base are almost too small to fit, it's very tight and hard to get them on and off, making getting in and out of this very difficult. But overall it does the job and wasn't that expensive so I've just been dealing with it
