3 Weight Ankle Resistance Bands Set

I've tried a few different cuffs to use with my resistance bands. For the most part, others did the job well but always let the cuff slip up my leg. These cuffs have a strap that fits under the sole of your shoes to help keep the cuffs in place. I haven't had to worry about sliding or repositioning between sets. I also appreciate having multiple hooking points on these cuffs. Rather than a single point, I can attach to either side as well as behind the ankle for various workouts.
